Once we receive your complaint, we will acknowledge it within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 10-12 working days. If we require more time, we will keep you informed and provide a timeline for resolution. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can request an escalation. We will review your case again and aim to reach a fair resolution within an additional 5 working days. We’re here to support you and ensure your experience with us is as smooth as possible.
